Chain Configuration

Guide Type      Silent chain contains guide links to help the chain maintain tracking during operation.  The guide link on the chain mates with a corresponding groove in the sprocket.  The three basic guide types are center guide, side guide and two center guides.
   Your choices are...

   No Guides

Silent chain has no guides to maintain tracking on the sprocket.  These chains require special flanged sprockets to maintain center tracking of the chain.

   Center Guide

A center guide silent chain has one row of guide links that run down the center of the chain to maintain tracking on the sprocket.

   Side Guide

A side guide silent chain has two rows of guide links that run along the outer edges of the chain to maintain tracking on the sprocket.

   Two Center Guide

A two center guide silent chain has two rows of guide links that run within the chain to maintain tracking on the sprocket.

Search Logic:      All products with ANY of the selected attributes will be returned as matches. Leaving all boxes unchecked will not limit the search criteria for this question; products with all attribute options will be returned as matches.
   Duplex Silent Chain

Duplex silent chain has teeth on both sides of the chain and intended for use in serpentine drives.

Search Logic:      "Required" and "Must Not Have" criteria limit returned matches as specified. Products with optional attributes will be returned for either choice.
Chain Pitch

   Chain Pitch

The chain pitch is the distance between rollers or pivot pins.

Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the "At Least" and "No More Than" values. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.
Nominal Chain Width

   Nominal Chain Width

The chain width refers to the overall or nominal width of the chain.

Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the "At Least" and "No More Than" values. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.
Tensile Strength

   Tensile Strength:

Tensile strength is the maximum tension load the chain can withstand before failure. Tensile strength is also referred to as the breaking strength.

Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the "At Least" and "No More Than" values. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.
