Expansion joints connect two fixed assemblies or pipes and provide allowance for movement due to service load, shock, or thermal cycles
Search by Specification | Learn MoreAccordion bellows are convoluted, expandable, fabric or elastomer components used to protect screws, shafts, slide ways and other components from liquid, chips, dirt and other debris.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreSolid elastomeric rings are compression seals of differing cross sections. Some examples are X or multiple rings, rectangular rings, tetraseals, trapezoid rings, T-section rings, delta rings, D-rings, H-rings, heart rings, and diamond rings
Learn MoreCaulk, grout and joint compounds are used to fill joints, level surfaces and seal or repair cracks
Search by Specification | Learn MoreIndustrial adhesives are organic or inorganic chemical compounds for joining components. This category covers all adhesive types.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreVacuum flanges and fittings connect runs of pipe and tubing in vacuum or process gas system to other tubing sections, pipe, hose, valves, pumps, chambers or other vacuum components.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreHot melt adhesives are solvent-free chemical compounds that are used to join materials. They can be repeatedly softened by heat and hardened or set by cooling, allowing parts to be removed or repositioned during assembly.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreUV curing adhesives use ultraviolet (UV) light or other radiation sources to initiate curing, which allows a permanent bond without heating.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreAnaerobic adhesives and sealants cure in the absence of air or oxygen.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreThermoset adhesives are crosslinked polymeric resins that are cured using heat and/or heat and pressure. They are used for high load assemblies and in severe service conditions.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreLaminating adhesives and composite resins are cured using heat and/or heat and pressure.
Learn MoreSilicone adhesives and silicone sealants have a high degree of flexibility and very high temperature resistance.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreSpecialty adhesives, sealants and compounds are specialized and/or proprietary products with unique chemistries, cure technologies and/or compositions.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreAcrylic adhesives and acrylate adhesives provide excellent environmental resistance and fast-setting times when compared to other resins systems. They are created by p olymerizing acrylic or methylacrylic acids through a reaction with a suitable catalyst.
Search by Specification | Learn MorePressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) and contact adhesives adhere to most surfaces with very slight pressure. They are available in solvent and latex or water based forms.

Aerocel-SSPT Sheet lnsulation is a flexible, closed-cell and light weight EPDM* based elastomeric material designed for insulating liquid cooling and heating lines. 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" wall in popular I.D. sizes up to 6" IPS. Aerocel sheet insulation with very dense skin on both side can prevent water absorption. (read more)
20-2305 - This two component urethane series are low durometer (25-90 Shore A), potting, casting, and encapsulating compounds. They are unfilled materials engineered to provide excellent hydrolytic stability and low moisture permeability. They have outstanding thermal cycling properties, low glass transition temperatures and low embedment stress to sensitive electronic components. (read more)
Expansion joints provide the ultimate vibration isolation and flexibility at the engine exhaust manifold. System expansion joints are required to absorb the thermal expansion of the piping. The sales and engineering departments at DME are eager to assist in selecting the proper expansion joints for your system. (read more)
This heavy duty expansion joint is used in applications with large amounts of axial movement. DME offers a standard 350 Series single expansion joint with 4", 6", and 8" axial travels. For movement up to 16" axial travel, a dual expansion joint can be designed. It must be placed in the center of the piping run as it compresses from both ends. (read more)
Used in a wide variety of piping applications from Power Gen to Petro-Chem & Shipbuilding to Pulp/Paper, compensating for thermal pipe expansion/contraction, and absorbing equipment vibration or pipe motions. Single, multiply & two-ply testable bellows crafted in stainless steels, nickel based alloys, titanium, aluminum and many others. (read more)
DME custom manufactures single bellows expansion joints in 1-1/2" through 104" diameters. Bellows design follows EJMA (Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association) standards and all welding is in accordance with ASME Section IX. T-321 stainless steel is the most widely used material for bellows applications. (read more)
The Cablesphere is the ultimate rubber expansion joint/flex connector. It has all the benefits of the Metrasphere with the added feature of cost-efficient, pre-assembled control units. The standard Cablesphere body is constructed of multiple layers of neoprene and bias-ply tire cord reinforcing (see charts below for additional materials.) (read more)
The Single Hinged and Gimbaled Expansion Joint Assemblies are oversized, two ply testable bellows made of Inconel alloy 625 LCF, a 10" thick, Harbison Walker refractory lining, Lightweight ES and an inner and outer bellows insulation for the exact temperature control of the bellows. (read more)
From single expansion joints to custom fabricated piping systems, American BOA expertise is in Power Generation. With in-house testing in our state-of-the-art lab we further knowledge of expansion joints & do customer specific expansion joint testing, including: High and Low-Frequency fatigue, Heat Transfer Testing, Spring Rate Testing, Bellows Burst Testing, Movement Capability Testing (read more)
