Tighten Bolts to Load/No Torque Needed (iBolts®)

LoadCT embeds a 50 micron-thick barcode/ultrasonic transducer on either ends of the user's exist fastener without affecting the form, fit or function of it. Bolt identification is done via a data management device that handles exact load assembly or inspections throughout the life of the joint at ±3% accuracy. This is the only method of inspection without the need to re-torque the fastener.
