Out of roundness & distortion due to heat from welding of tubes can result in many issues when attempting to mount bearings. Tolerance Rings compensate for these conditions, allowing ease of bearing assembly without fear of bearing damage or misalignment, leading to premature field failures. There is no need to do secondary operations, to mask bearing bores when painting, or to rework. (read more)
...layers can be peeled away to produce a shim of required thickness. A carpenter or cabinet-maker can use small pieces of wood (shims) to fill gaps between larger pieces. Bearing shims are used for bearing adjustment. A shim kit contains shims of varying... Learn More about Shims and Shim Stock
Flange mounted bearings are used when a shaft axis is perpendicular to the bearing mounting surface. They are available in 2, 3, or 4-hole configurations. Search by Specification | Learn More about Flange Mounted Bearings
Vibration isolators and machine mounts are used to mount and/or level machines, motors, appliances and other devices that require leveling, vibration dampening, or load distribution. Search by Specification | Learn More about Vibration Isolators and Machine Mounts
Bearing rings, housings and flanges are bearing components that are used in the assembly of many different types of bearings. Bearing rings, which are sometimes referred to as bearing races, guide a rolling element such as a ball, roller, or needle Search by Specification | Learn More about Bearing Rings, Housings and Flanges
Cam followers or track rollers are rolling element bearings with either an integral stud or an inseparable inner ring for yoke mounting on a pin or shaft. Search by Specification | Learn More about Cam Followers
Slewing rings and turntable bearings can accommodate axial, radial and moment loads. They are not mounted in a housing or on a shaft, but are instead mounted directly to a seating surface via mounting holes. Search by Specification | Learn More about Slewing Rings and Turntable Bearings
...specifications to consider when searching shock absorbers, linear dampers and dashpots include the cylinder diameter or maximum width, the rod diameter, mounting, and body material. The cylinder diameter or maximum width refers to the desired diameter... Search by Specification | Learn More about Shock Absorbers, Linear Dampers and Dashpots
Ball bearings are used to provide smooth, low friction motion in rotary applications. Ball bearings types include radial ball bearings (deep groove and angular contact) and thrust ball bearings. Search by Specification | Learn More about Ball Bearings
Insert bearings and wide inner ring bearings mount to shafts via setscrews or locking collars. Search by Specification | Learn More about Insert Bearings
Angular contact bearings are designed so that a contact angle between the races and the balls is formed when the bearing is in use. Search by Specification | Learn More about Angular Contact Bearings
Hoist rings are load-centering eyebolts. They are designed to be rigged from the center or the side and may pivot or swivel. Search by Specification | Learn More about Hoist Rings
Ball screw support bearings are designed for use in ball or lead screw applications. Search by Specification | Learn More about Ball Screw Support Bearings
Pillow block bearings are mounted bearings that are used to provide load support for a rotating shaft’s axis. Search by Specification | Learn More about Pillow Block Bearings
Plastic bearings are used in wet and corrosive environments, clean environments, areas that are difficult to lubricate, and applications that require non-magnetic bearings. Search by Specification | Learn More about Plastic Bearings
Ring gages are used for go / no-go assessment compared to the specified dimensional tolerances or attributes of pins, shafts, or threaded studs. Search by Specification | Learn More about Ring Gages

Tolerance Rings are an economical way to mount ball bearings in stamped, cast or welded parts. Tolerance Rings eliminate rotating outer ring in housing bores. Tolerance Rings allow relaxed housing bore tolerances. Tolerance Rings allow bearing float. (read more)
Nook's Universal-Mount with motor mount includes an EZZE-MOUNT block with a motor mount for easy, accurate installation of ball screw and acme screw assemblies. Universal-mount bearing supports have two precision mounting surfaces. Mounting holes are pre-drilled for face or foot mounting. (read more)
Slewing bearings are large-sized bearings specifically designed to accommodate oscillating movements. They are comprised of an inner ring and an outer ring, one of which usually incorporates a gear. (read more)

Tolerance rings allow for infinite rotational indexing of parts while fixing the components together. There is no need for tight component tolerances or high press forces that can cause damage to the magnets surface. Unlike glue stainless steel rings have no cure time and do not react with magnets surface. The rings can perform over a wide range of temperatures. (read more)
Both the inner ring and the outer ring have integrated structure (Inseparable), and attachment holes are made to the inner ring and outer ring so attachment can be made easily. Furthermore, it is not easily affected by surrounding structures such as housing and presser plate, therefore, a high rigidity and high accuracy rotation are realized. (read more)
VCC's SMC 130 panel mount is designed to be firmly attached to the display panel and still permit the PCB LEDs to be easily inserted or removed. (read more)

Over the years the Optoelectronics industry has voiced its concern over the cost-effectiveness of either punching a square or drilling a round panel hole for mounting LEDs. In addition, there still remained the problem of maintaining the alignment of the square lenses mounted in round holes once assembled. (read more)
